- Maintain regular communication with existing freelancers, addressing day-to-day queries to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate closely with the recruiter team to track and update candidate statuses linked to freelancer submissions
- Contribute fresh ideas to improve existing workflows and simplify recurring activities for better efficiency
