Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wind Turbine SCADA PPC and Control Engineer to join our team. As a Wind Turbine SCADA PPC and Control Engineer, you will be responsible for performing site commissioning and engineering for wind turbine pitch systems, control systems, and SCADA.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of renewable energy systems, including wind and solar power generation processes. You will also be responsible for compiling data, writing reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal/external customer safety and security requirements.

Your responsibilities will include working with contractors/subcontractors, fostering smooth collaboration and communication with project stakeholders, and implementing ISO procedures and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in wind power plant project SCADA, PPC, and pitch system commissioning
  • Experience with wind park safety standards and GWO certification
  • Excellent language and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to interface with vendors and subcontractors
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with wind turbine equipment and IEDs independent commissioning
  • Experience with designing and implementing control system configuration
  • Basics of networking
  • Hardware design (control panels) and commissioning
  • Knowledge of solar PV products and PV process
  • Programming knowledge of C/Matlab
