Process Improvement Specialist

The role of Process Improvement Specialist is critical in enhancing the operational efficiency of our organization. This position requires a meticulous individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all plants, including own and subcontracted facilities, adhere to stringent safety protocols and best practices.

  • Conduct variance analysis on both owned and subcontracted plant performance to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and manage budgets for future years, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Perform cost analyses to optimize spending on spare parts, services, and consumables.

  • Coordinate purchasing activities for essential supplies, focusing on cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully improving processes and driving operational excellence.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
