Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at IIFL Finance. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales executives, and developing new business opportunities in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned area
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth sales processes
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively pitch and sell our services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
