Visual Design Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling outputs across marketing, sales, and event-related projects.

You will create product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing collaterals, incorporating market trends and consumer insights into new merchandise collections. You will also produce and refine high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use, such as social media, presentations, and sales kits.

In addition, you will collaborate with Merchandise and Marketing teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs, taking complete ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution. You will ensure brand consistency across all visual communication and organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval.

You will stay updated on the latest design tools, practices, and creative trends to enhance outputs and support in creating impactful presentations and sales materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design (NIFT graduates preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in merchandise, branding, or graphic design
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work (illustrations, merchandise, branding)
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
