Job Title: Visual Design Specialist

A visual design specialist plays a pivotal role in translating business needs into impactful visual solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative designs that captivate audiences and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create compelling visual concepts for 2D and 3D animated videos, incorporating knowledge of digital sketching to enhance ideas.
  • Effectively communicate through strong written and verbal skills, converting scripts into captivating storytelling.
  • Design captivating layouts and graphics within brand parameters, conveying complex ideas visually.
  • Generate original copyrighted images using own design concepts.
  • Produce engaging graphical content for social media, websites, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize expertise in creating informative Infographics to communicate data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate on user research, interviews, and usability testing to refine design systems.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferably from a reputable institution).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Web Designer, with a portfolio showcasing creative prowess.
  • In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding, enabling creation of visually stunning designs.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong time management skills, with ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Unparalleled creativity and attention to detail, resulting in designs that exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in industry-leading design tools like Figma and Adobe Suites, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
