Marketing Brand Specialist

About the Role:

• We're looking for a Marketing Visualizer to join our team and elevate our brand across all channels.
• As the go-to visual partner, you'll support and shape everything from social media and sales collaterals to landing pages, website pages, whitepapers, and case studies.

Your Daily Work Will Revolve Around:

• Designing campaigns & events: Create assets for offline events (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages).
  • Sales enablement materials: Develop sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that make our messaging resonate with prospects.
    • Content design: Elevate long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging and easy-to-digest formats.
      • Web & landing page visuals: Collaborate with marketing to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma.
        • Brand consistency & evolution: Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while also contributing to the ongoing revamp of our branding guidelines.
          • Quick-turn requests: Handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team (social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, templates) with speed and creativity.
            • Trendspotting & innovation: Bring in new design ideas and trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive.
              • Collaboration: Work closely with marketers, copywriters, and sales to translate open-ended briefs into polished, high-impact design outputs.

You Should Have:

• 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the B2B space (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
    • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets.
      • Strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital, print, and web.
        • Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs.
          • High operator mindset—someone who delivers fast without compromising quality.
            • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components.

What Success Looks Like in 3 Months:

• You've become the go-to design partner for the marketing team, handling requests across campaigns, events, and content with confidence.
  • The marketing team is equipped with fresh, on-brand designs for sales decks, case studies, social media, and upcoming events.
    • You've contributed to our new brand guidelines, helping to define the look and feel that will scale with us.
      • You've built repeatable templates that enable the team to produce collaterals more efficiently.
        • Your designs are not just visually appealing, but also measurably improving engagement across campaigns.
          • You've earned a reputation for being a high-operator designer—quick, reliable, and always leveling up the creative quality of the brand.
