Job Opportunity: Reservation Executive

Role Overview:

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing accuracy of reservations and ensuring proper settlement procedures are followed.

The successful candidate will be accountable for following up with business-to-business clients to whom credit has been extended as necessary.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the accuracy of all reservations
  • Maintain adherence to standard settlement protocols
  • Effectively manage relationships with B2B clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or executive role within a reservation or front office department of a 3-star or 4-star hotel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Hindi language
Skillset:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in hotel reservations
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems and procedures
  • Able to work well in a team environment
