About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Agri Operations Specialist with a proven track record in managing and streamlining end-to-end agri-operations.

  • Operations Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle from fruit sourcing to final dispatch, encompassing planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and partner with reliable farmer networks; manage the sourcing of fruits in accordance with quality and volume requirements.
  • Vendor & Farmer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with farmers, FPOs, aggregators, and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Ensure optimal pricing and terms through effective negotiation while maintaining sustainable farmer relationships.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure produce meets required quality and compliance standards during sourcing, harvesting, and packaging stages.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement, quality, and logistics metrics for performance tracking and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Ambitious MBA in Agriculture or Agribusiness Management (ABM preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in agri-operations, sourcing, or supply chain.
  • Essential on-ground exposure to fruit sourcing, farmer engagement, and harvest planning.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingsness to travel to sourcing locations and farms as needed.
