The Communications Consultant plays a pivotal role in crafting impactful internal communications that resonate with employees, inspire connection, culture and clarity across the organization.

Job Description

This role is responsible for developing strategic communication plans to engage employees and promote organizational messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling campaigns from ideation to design, execution and post-campaign measurement.
  • Translate ideas into visually appealing content using Canva and design tools like Corel Draw and Illustrator.
  • Build organizational messaging through videos, leveraging creativity to engage employees.
  • Support local leadership with communications touchpoints, employee events and activation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with HR, Admin, Facilities, L&D and BU leaders to create unified and strategic messaging.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate brand storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Corel Draw (or Illustrator), and knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva Video, etc.
  • Solid understanding of brand voice, tone and visual consistency.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, visual comms or a related field.
  • Exposure to creative AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E is a bonus.
