As a seasoned Business Finance professional, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and improving profitability across various business units. Your strategic financial insights and recommendations will be instrumental in optimizing resource allocation and translating key business drivers into actionable financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to provide proactive financial guidance and contribute a strong financial perspective to business decisions.
  • Develop and implement performance management frameworks and tools to drive accountability for financial performance across different business units.

Pricing Strategy & Profitability Management:

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop effective pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Drive deal structuring and negotiations to secure favorable contract terms.
  • Provide financial analysis and guidance on product and customer profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.

Business Case Development & Evaluation:

  • Partner with business teams to develop compelling business cases for new initiatives and investments.
  • Evaluate financial assumptions and projections within business cases to ensure alignment with the overall financial strategy.

Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and optimize financial systems and tools.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate financial performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • CA qualified with 5+ years of experience in Business Finance
  • Proven experience in managing finance teams
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices
  • Proficient in Business Partnering
  • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
