Job Title: Informatica Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Informatica specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica and SQL for application support and troubleshooting, as well as proficiency in ITIL processes.

  • Expertise in Informatica and SQL is required for this role. Experience with ServiceNow and Splunk is also necessary for monitoring, logging, and ticket management.
  • The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
  • Bonus points for experience with Java, CRM, Power BI, and Autosys.
  • A strong problem-solving approach and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
  • This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders, manage critical issues, and drive continuous improvements.

As an Informatica specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Informatica-related systems and applications. This includes troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and implementing solutions to improve system performance and stability.
