Job Title: Senior Data Integration Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced data integration specialist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle Database, and data warehousing concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into target data warehouses.
  • Database Management: Write and optimize complex SQL queries, develop PL/SQL scripts, and perform performance tuning on Oracle Database.
  • Data Warehousing: Apply a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, including star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling, to build and support robust data solutions.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, participating in requirements gathering, providing regular status updates, and effectively resolving issues.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide support for existing ETL jobs, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure the reliability and performance of data pipelines.

Required Skills:

  • Informatica PowerCenter: Minimum of 4 years of strong, hands-on experience in the design, development, and support of ETL workflows.
  • Oracle Database: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, performance tuning, and PL/SQL scripting.
  • Data Warehousing: A solid understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and performance optimization
  • Informatica Data Quality (IDQ): Experience in implementing and managing data quality rules and performing data profiling.
  • Python Scripting: Knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, or data transformation tasks.
