Job Title: UX and CX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/CX Lead Consultant to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing user and customer experience projects, ensuring they deliver meaningful and impactful results.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of user-centric design principles, customer journey mapping, and project management methodologies.

You will act as a bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation, tailored to UX/CX initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate and manage project activities to align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
  • Experience Design Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in designing user experiences and customer journeys.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a UX/CX Consultant or similar role, preferably in a digital or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design, customer journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies.
