UX Design Team Lead

Job Description:

As a senior UX designer, you will lead the development of user experience strategies and design solutions for our products. You will oversee the design process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all designs meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement UX strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions.
  • Lead the design team in creating high-quality, user-centered designs that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a senior UX designer with at least 6 years of experience in building robust and scalable design solutions.
  • Expertise in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Strong knowledge of information architecture and content strategy to organize and structure user interfaces effectively.
  • Ability to create and interpret personas, user journey maps, and task analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Proficiency in designing intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces.
  • Strong analytical skills to address intricate business needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment of design goals.

Eligibility Criteria:
