Day-to-Day Leader

We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities across teams. This role involves leading teams, building processes, and driving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage team performance and scheduling to ensure seamless execution.
  • Process Development: Design, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each stage of the process.
  • Pipeline Optimization: Monitor daily dashboards to identify bottlenecks and improve pipeline throughput.
  • Training & Upskilling Operations: Coordinate training curricula, trainer calendars, candidate cohorts, assessments, and certification tracking to ensure readiness for placements.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Ensure accurate documentation, agreements, background checks, and system access to maintain zero-defect records.
  • Quality & Compliance: Run QA checks on resumes, submissions, and communications to uphold data privacy and audit-ready records.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal stakeholders for smooth handoffs and collaboration.
  • Automation & Tools: Champion CRM/ATS hygiene and automation to standardize reporting.
  • Reporting & Reviews: Provide daily/weekly MIS, root-cause analyses, corrective action plans, and leadership updates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in operations management within staffing/recruiting, edtech/training, BPO, or services environments; proven people management experience.
  • Strong program/project management skills, data-driven decision-making, and obsession with execution.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS, Google Sheets/Excel, and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
  • Comfort with target-driven setup and flexibility with work schedules.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Salesforce familiarity and experience with e-signature and document workflows.
  • Understanding of hiring terms & visas, and exposure to training operations.
  • Process improvement frameworks and Lean/Six Sigma mindset.
