Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Overview

This position requires a skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, excellent understanding of its ecosystem, and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop machine learning systems and models that meet business needs.
  • Research and implement appropriate machine learning algorithms and tools to drive innovation.
  • Prepare and select datasets for training and testing, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Train and retrain models as needed to optimize performance.
  • Analyze and preprocess data for model training, using statistical techniques where necessary.
  • Deploy models to production environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Total 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, including knowledge of popular libraries and frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other languages relevant to data engineering or deployment.
  • Familiarity with libraries for Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering techniques for large language models.
