Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) efforts using UiPath. This role focuses on delivering innovative automation solutions to clients while engaging in business analysis, client interaction, and delivering business value through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Development
    • Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Bots.
    • Ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
    • Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of automated workflows.
    • Collaborate with project managers and team members to create technical documentation and provide user training.
  • Client Handling and Business Analysis
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze requirements.
    • Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify automation opportunities.
    • Create process design documents and validate them with key stakeholders.
    • Translate business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Project Management and Delivery
    • Lead technical discussions with clients, helping them to understand the RPA lifecycle and manage their expectations.
    • Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development and deployment.
    • Conduct regular status meetings with clients, gather feedback, and refine solutions as required.
    • Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects, including adherence to deadlines, budgets, and service-level agreements.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation
    • Stay updated with the latest UiPath features, updates, and best practices.
    • Conduct reviews to improve the quality of automation scripts and optimize solutions.
    • Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and promote collaborative development practices within the team.
