Manufacturing Trainee

Job Summary:

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, following SOPs, adjusting machine settings for optimal performance and quality output, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery, loading raw materials into machines, removing finished products, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues on production machinery.
• Production Operations: Operate and monitor production machinery, load raw materials, and remove finished products.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks during production and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required, and report safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

Work Environment:

You will be working in a dynamic environment with a team of experienced professionals, where no two days are the same. The work schedule includes shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, and 11 PM to 7 AM, with 6 days/week and 1 rolling day off.

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Manufacturing Trainee, you can expect a competitive stipend of ₹17,000 per month for Diploma holders and ₹16,000 per month for ITI holders. You will also receive uniform and safety shoes free of cost, birthday chocolates and festival sweets/gifts, and medical insurance coverage of ₹1 lakh and ₹5 lakhs for Group Personal Accident Policy.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards)
• Age: 18-25 years
• Gender: Male & Female
• Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.
• Experience: Fresher
• Documents Required: Resume, 10th and 12th mark sheets, ITI/Diploma mark sheets and certificates, Provisional and Transfer certificates, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank account details, and 5 Passport-size photos.
