Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and quality output.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
  • Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily targets.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform regular quality checks during production.
  • Report defects or inconsistencies in products.
Requirements
  • Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Passing out year: 2020 onwards).
  • Age: 18-25 years.
  • Gender: Male & Female.
  • Health Requirements: Candidates should not have had any surgery in the past. Blood and sugar levels should be normal.
  • Experience: Fresher.
Benefits
  • Stipend: ₹17,000 per month for Diploma holders, ₹16,000 per month for ITI holders.
  • Overtime: Occasionally available.
  • Food & Transport: Two meals per day provided at the plant (Vegetarian). ₹500 deducted monthly from the stipend for food and transportation.
  • Accommodation: 3-month accommodation for male trainees in hostels (3-4 people per room). Distance from factory: 3-10 minutes depending on hostel location.
  • Retention Bonus: ₹5,000 every 6 months for the first 2 years, ₹10,000 every 6 months in the 3rd year.
  • Medical Insurance: ₹1 lakh coverage for medical insurance, ₹5 lakhs for Group Personal Accident Policy.
Estimated Salary Range

₹12,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum based on location and experience.
