Job Title:

 

We are seeking a professional and personable Guest Relations Executive to join our real estate team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and prospective buyers.
  • Manage front desk operations including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist the sales and CRM teams by managing customer interactions, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Manage client feedback, queries, and escalate issues for quick resolution.
  • Record client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
  • Support in organizing site visits, events, and promotional activities.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Guest Relations / Front Office Executive / Customer Service Executive is an advantage.
