Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI models that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft complex prompts to elicit accurate responses from Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Evaluate prompt effectiveness using established metrics and frameworks.
  • Develop orchestration systems for LLM workflows, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
  • Design and refine prompts for tone, style, accuracy, and robustness.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks, including sampling prompt variations to derive performance distributions.
  • Apply self-consistency decoding techniques to generate multiple reasoning paths and select the most consistent outcome.
  • Leverage chain-of-thought prompting (CoT) to induce step-by-step logical reasoning in LLM responses.
  • Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, incorporating document ingestion, embeddings, vector stores, and dynamic context retrieval.
  • Deploy GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent API-driven features via Python backends within agile product timelines.
  • Maintain modifiable prompt libraries, versioned evaluation pipelines, and deployment mechanisms.

Required Expertise:

  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, GenAI, or related prompt-based engineering roles.
  • Prior experience deploying prompt-driven product features, evaluation pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
  • Open-source or technical portfolio preferred (GitHub links + sample prompt experiments).
  • Bonus: experience with PromptEval, Promptfoo, or other LLM evaluation toolkits.
  • Bonus: front-end or full-stack prototype experience using React, FastAPI, or Streamlit.
