As a Freelance Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting end-to-end design for features and experiences across our platforms. This contract position offers flexible hours, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about DeFi, crypto, or bleeding-edge product design.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting lightweight research and competitive analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and friction points.
  • Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect a deep understanding of user goals and product flows.
  • Collaborating in agile sprints to ideate, test, and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Contributing to design systems, maintaining UI libraries, and ensuring visual consistency across platforms and products.
  • Running usability tests (remote or async), gathering insights, and making data-backed design decisions.
  • Working closely with engineers and PMs to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role. A proven portfolio showcasing your design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Strong creative, design and communication skills.
  • A portfolio of work.
