About Our Job

Please note that this is a freelance position based in Bengaluru.

We are seeking skilled freelance interior designers to expand our network and help us connect with clients, builders, architects, and interior designers.

Our team at Crafts Mill India Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is dedicated to delivering unique, high-quality furniture and interior design solutions. We aim to build a seamless end-to-end design experience for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and acquiring new clients interested in interior design and build services through various channels.
  • Coordinating the full design-to-execution journey with architects, builders, and other interior designers to ensure alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
  • Creating and presenting design concepts, developing modular furniture solutions, and handling turnkey projects from inception through completion.
  • Liaising with workshops, managing custom furniture requests, and ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Identifying potential clients through builder and developer leads, targeting property owners and investors interested in furnishing for personal use or rentals.
  • Developing budget-friendly yet stylish design plans, optimizing for both aesthetics and functionality within the client's budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in interior design, especially in modular furniture, custom interiors, or turnkey projects.
  • A strong client network, with a history of working with architects, builders, or designers.
  • Experience in social media marketing and online client acquisition is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and sell design concepts to clients.
