Job Title: Senior Data Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data scientist to lead our team's data-driven initiatives.

  • Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards to monitor performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead multiple projects concurrently, ensuring high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.
  • Train and mentor junior data scientists, fostering their professional growth and promoting a collaborative team environment.
  • Continuously improve and optimize data science solutions, evaluating their effectiveness and exploring new methodologies and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying successful data science solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
