Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consolidation and reporting efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial analysis, IFRS reporting, and advanced Excel skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end consolidation process to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of financial data across subsidiaries.
  • Analyze financial performance by conducting comprehensive financial analysis, variance analysis, trend analysis, etc.
  • Identify opportunities and risks, collaborate with finance heads and leadership to drive corrective actions.
  • Enhance overall reporting quality, timeliness, and uniform accounting practices across all entities.
  • Monitor changes in group accounting policies and instructions, assessing their impact on financial reporting and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Lead an accounting standards center of excellence, supporting entities in complex accounting issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with auditors, consolidation team, finance controllers, etc.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of post-qualification experience in relevant background
  • Expertise in SAP, Accounting and Reporting
  • Advanced MS Office skills

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
