The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, be proficient in Figma, and have experience with After Effects/Premiere. Strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive visual language, encompassing icons, diagrams, hero art, and thumbnails, for web, documentation, and presentations.
- Design high-impact visuals, including landing pages, teasers, explainers, and launch videos, leveraging tools like Framer and Rive/Lottie.
- Create reusable templates and iterate on analytics-driven insights to enhance performance.
- Define typography, color, tone, and component libraries in Figma, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Deliver engaging one-pagers, case studies, GIFs, and diagrams that effectively communicate complex concepts.
- A portfolio showcasing shipped marketing sites and motion pieces.
- Proficiency in Figma and either Webflow/Framer (bonus: HTML/CSS/Tailwind for surgical edits).
- Expertise in After Effects/Premiere (bonus: Rive/Lottie; Blender/C4D nice-to-have).
- Ability to distill technical concepts into clear visuals and concise 30–60s videos.
- Bias towards shipping fast, clean files, and documented systems; measure CTR/scroll/demo-click and improve.
