Job Description

As a seasoned analytics professional, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements to drive data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand complex business needs and develop tailored solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics.

With a strong focus on delivering actionable insights, you will design and develop datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to meet the organization's analytical goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements.
  • Configure and customize SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including ERP systems and third-party applications.
  • Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 5-7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM Analytics, including dataset creation, lens development, and dashboard configuration.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
