About the Role

As a seasoned Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, driving recruiting efficiency, and ensuring compliance across all staffing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors to meet staffing needs.
  • Leverage prior full desk recruiting experience to understand client requirements and effectively collaborate with vendors.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to immigration processes throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors to secure competitive pricing and service-level agreements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of US Staffing experience with proven success in recruiting and vendor management.
  • Prior experience as a Full Desk Recruiter.
  • In-depth knowledge of H1B and US immigration processes related to staffing.
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing vendor relationships.
  • Proven negotiation skills with vendors and clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
