Expert Frontend Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our Product Engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TypeScript and React, with a passion for programming and a product mindset.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and building frontends for customer-facing products.
  • Collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering team members, and QA to deliver high-quality frontends.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science or comparable, with at least 8 years of experience working as a Software Engineer.
  • 8+ years of hands-on working experience with JavaScript and ES6.
  • 8+ years of hands-on working experience with HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge.
  • 8+ years of hands-on working experience with TypeScript, React, and other relevant technologies.
  • 8+ years of working experience with frontend testing frameworks, in particular Vitest.
  • 8+ years of working experience with Node.js, npm, Vite for front-end tooling and bundling.
  • 8+ years of working experience with code quality tools, in particular ESLint and Prettier.
  • 8+ years of working experience with REST APIs.
  • 8+ years of working experience with Git and semantic versioning.
  • Hands-on working experience with Jest, Storybook, and Plotly.js is nice to have.
  • Strong understanding of data structures.
  • Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
  • Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and JFrog Artifactory.
  • Experience in Agile workflows, in particular Scrum, ideally SAFe.
  • Experience with AWS and other Cloud platforms is nice to have.
  • Outspoken team player with a pro-active mindset.
  • Fluent English is required, additional language skills are a plus.
