Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our financial systems.

Locations: Goa , Bangalore & Kolkata

The ideal candidate will have a flair for data analytics and be able to use cutting-edge tools to uncover hidden risks and ensure that our processes are always up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement audit plans with clear scope, objectives, and timelines using data analytics to focus on key risks and high-impact audits.
  • Data Analytics in Auditing: Design data-driven audit methodologies for better effectiveness.
  • Risk Assessment & Management: Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks, prioritize audit areas using analytics, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
  • Operational Audits: Audit manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial Auditing & Reporting: Conduct financial audits, verify accuracy with data analytics, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards by monitoring ongoing compliance using analytics, especially in health, safety, and environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use analytics to drive process improvements and track audit recommendations to promote continuous improvement.
  • Confidentiality & Ethical Standards: Ensure responsible data handling, following privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications: Fully Qualified CA.
