Job Title: Product Owner with UI/UX Design Expertise

At Dot2Shape, we're seeking a talented Product Owner with hands-on experience in UI/UX design across diverse industries, including healthcare, fintech, and carbontech. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset capable of translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creative problem-solving.
  • Design Ownership: Take responsibility for all aspects of design and implementation for our web and mobile platforms.
  • Client Proposals: Create proposals based on customer requirements, analyzing project scope and estimating efforts required for successful projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee team workload, ensuring balanced distribution of tasks for smooth project delivery.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity deliverables using Figma and other design tools.
  • User Journey Development: Develop user journeys that enhance the overall user experience and align with business goals.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, building consensus and driving decision-making.
  • Requirement Gathering: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role with a focus on UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various industries, particularly healthcare, fintech, and carbontech.
  • Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Experience managing teams and project workloads in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
