Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Product Owner with handson experience in UI/UX design across diverse industries including healthcare fintech and carbontech. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset capable of translating complex business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will also manage and lead the design team to ensure smooth of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead the design team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creative problemsolving.
  • Design Ownership: Take responsibility for all aspects of design and implementation for our web and mobile platforms.
  • Client Proposals: Create proposals based on customer requirements analyzing project scope and estimating efforts required for successful .
  • Project Management: Oversee team workload ensuring balanced distribution of tasks for smooth project and timely delivery.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to create wireframes user flows and highfidelity deliverables using Figma and other design tools.
  • User Journey Development: Develop user journeys that enhance the overall user experience and align with business goals.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders building consensus and driving decisionmaking.
  • Requirement Gathering: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role with a focus on UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various industries particularly healthcare fintech and carbontech.
  • Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Experience managing teams and project workloads in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
