ALM Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to manage and monitor liquidity and interest rate risk within the organization.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager/AVP ALM with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Responsibilities:
• Monitor Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential risks and concerns, presenting them to management, and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Prepare Regulatory Returns: Ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory returns and provide insight with impact analysis.
• Dashboards and Reporting: Prepare daily liquidity and ALM dashboards to circulate to management.
• IT Projects: Work on IT projects related to risk monitoring/management systems.
• Enhance Solutions: Support in enhancing current solutions through testing and/or providing functional inputs in developing new solutions.
• Market and Regulatory Developments: Stay up-to-date with market and regulatory developments and best practices pertaining to ALM/Balance sheet.
• Liaison: Extensive liaison with Treasury, Risk, IT, Finance, and Businesses.
• Balancesheet Hedging: Monitoring of Balance sheet hedging and streamlining of processes.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of information gathered from clients and company's information.
• Compliances: Seeking compliances of circulars/guidelines issued by RBI and making changes in policies accordingly.
• Commercial Savings: Driving commercial savings on existing portfolios, ensuring compliance.
• RBI Policies: Adherence to RBI policies and guidelines and Liaison with RBI Financial Audit.
