About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned project manager with 3-5 years of experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities such as SLA tracking, document management, planning, and project status reporting.
  • They will also coordinate data collection from the team, consolidate data, and provide summary reports for stakeholders with accuracy.
  • The role involves updating project records, maintaining document control, tracking competency development, and supporting risk analysis and change management.
  • Publishing reports on time after internal reviews and approvals is also a key responsibility.
  • The candidate will organize meetings and track action items to closure.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel advanced features including VBA and formulas
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is an added advantage
