Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring timely payments.

  • Project Budgeting: Prepare accurate project budgets, taking into account annual, quarterly, and monthly planning requirements.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including invoicing, tax issues, bonds, guarantees, financial accounting, and reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify opportunities and risks, implement mitigation actions, and ensure timely implementation.
  • Commercial Awareness: Promote commercial awareness within the project team and provide commercial input to the project execution plan.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and control cash flow, forecasted revenues, and cost-to-complete.
  • Expense Control: Stringently monitor and control site expenses, weekly reporting of project expenses, and reconciliation of SAP entries with invoices.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze actual vs. budget costs and revenue on the project, highlighting potential issues to the controller manager and project managers.
  • Compliance: Lead and supervise compliance on Internal Financial Controls (IFC) as defined by HO in the Risk and Control Matrix (RCM).
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations.

  • Education: MBA Finance / CA-Inter / ICWA
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in cost control and financial management
