Site Manager - ManEx Deployment

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the deployment of our ManEx programme across the site. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and implementing change management processes, developing and driving business plans, and maintaining alignment between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the implementation of the site's ManEx master plan for IMFL packaging hall and departmental level.
  • Set objectives and priorities as part of the site leadership team, leading the change management process for the department.
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating departments to work together on ManEx deployment.

People Management:

  • Demonstrate managerial leadership to develop the team against role capabilities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of ManEx training and development programmes by aligning site/line management.
  • Coordinate ManEx TOT and evaluation programmes to maintain consistency of approach and ensure alignment with Diageo Capability programme.

Focused Improvement:

  • Provide expert loss and waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Participate in and lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.
  • Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimise cost, eliminate waste and improve operational flexibility.

Team Meetings and Communications:

  • Implement weekly/monthly/quarterly communications to drive engagement and momentum of the ManEx journey.
  • Support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment of ManEx through regular meetings and communication of activities.
