Job Title: Global Export Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead international market expansion for our portfolio of submersible pumps, motors, and agricultural equipment. This role will focus on developing new markets, building global client relationships, generating leads, closing sales, and driving sustainable business growth across multiple countries.


About the Position

A dynamic professional with a proven track record in global sales is sought to strengthen our export division. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and managing new international markets for company products.
  • Driving lead generation, client acquisition, and successful sales closures.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with global clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conducting overseas business trips for client meetings, exhibitions, and market research.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring export documentation, compliance, and logistics.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3-5 years of proven export experience in submersible pumps or uPVC pipes.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving export sales targets.

  • Proactive, confident, and adept at relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
