About Our Team:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years of corporate sales experience to join our team as a Vice President - Retention.

The ideal candidate will focus on retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies within the Employee Health & Benefits domain. You will engage with C-level executives to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that prioritize retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
  • Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, negotiate at senior levels, and provide analytical and results-driven solutions.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, commit to on-site presence for team collaboration and client engagement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of corporate sales experience, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives (CXOs) to drive business growth and deepen client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
  • Skilled in using CRM and analytics platforms to drive business insights and personalized sales approaches.
  • Hold an MBA degree from a prestigious institute.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
