Job Overview

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable backend applications.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, UXR & Data Scientists to deliver value to customers.
  • Utilize tools and technologies from our Compute, Platform, and Machine Learning teams.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
  • Experience with Java, Go, C or C++ programming languages.
  • Knowledge of micro-service architecture and systems design.
  • Experience developing highly scalable backend microservices.
Preferred Qualifications

Desirable Skills

  • BS, MS or PhD degree in computer science or related field.
  • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience shipping high-quality product features on schedule.
  • Experience handling complex problems at scale.
