Plant HR Specialist Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant HR Specialist to oversee the entire Human Resources function at our facility. This is a sole-charge role, and the selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR activities.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates. They will also handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, coordinate payroll processing, and maintain accurate records and reports.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to work independently. A graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required, as well as a minimum of 4 years of experience in Plant HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
    • Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Address grievances of employees in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Payroll & Compliance
    • Coordinate with finance/vendor for timely payroll processing.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Operations
    • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.
    • Prepare regular HR MIS reports.
  • Performance & Training
    • Support performance management processes.
    • Identify training needs and organize skill development sessions.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Plant HR functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
