Job Summary

This role focuses on driving business growth by developing and implementing software solutions. As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating software requirement specifications, and conducting thorough testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Holding meetings with clients to finalize project scope and objectives.
  • Creating a detailed map of required data to achieve project goals.
  • Developing Software Requirement Specification documents outlining features and requirements.
  • SUPERVISING AND COMMUNICATING WITH FIELD PERSONNEL ON WIRING REQUIREMENTS
  • Modifying PLC/HMI systems for improved communication.
  • Conducting software testing in lab environments using simulated and real data.
  • Testing software at customer sites with real data from machines.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction over time.
  • Regularly monitoring project performance and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Gathering feedback from customers and resolving pain points.
