Job Title: Quality Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned quality expert to oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems across various factories.

I. Key Responsibilities

  • This role involves collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to establish quality agreements and factory processes that meet customer expectations.
  • The successful candidate will participate in quality planning during New Product Introduction (NPI) at factories.
  • Cross-functional quality collaboration is crucial in achieving customer and internal quality targets. The ideal candidate should be able to drive corrective actions and lead root cause analysis.
  • Investigation of customer complaints, coordination of internal factory reviews, and submission of reports to customers are key aspects of this role.
  • Apart from monitoring manufacturing process quality data, this role also involves promoting quality tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SPC in factories.
  • The candidate should have experience in analyzing quality control data and driving supplier improvements.
  • Leadership in customer audits, preparation of documentation, and ensuring non-conformance closures are essential responsibilities of this role.

II. Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced quality engineer with a strong background in quality management, preferably with certifications like Six Sigma or equivalent.
