About Interior Design Position

This interior design role involves leading the development of high-end interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional design concepts.

Job Summary

We seek an experienced designer to join our team. The successful applicant will be able to manage all aspects of the design process, from concept development to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards and 3D renderings.
  • Create detailed working drawings and specifications for construction and fabrication.
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other team members for seamless project execution.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on site visits.
  • Stay up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in interior design with high-end residential and/or commercial focus.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating design aesthetic and technical proficiency.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
