Purpose of the Role

We seek a detail-oriented and adaptable problem solver to collaborate with our marketing team. As an Associate Visual Designer at More, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our in-store and digital marketing materials, working closely with brand managers, product managers, and content strategy heads to produce high-quality, user-centric artworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop graphics for marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and print materials.
  • Conceptualize and create visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
  • Execute design tasks and bring concepts to life using design tools.
  • Maintain brand consistency across different platforms and mediums.
  • Support marketing campaigns by developing visual elements, including digital advertisements, event promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, with a focus on creating visually enticing, consistent, and meaningful designs.
  • Candidate must have a degree or certification in Graphic Design/UI Design/Communication Design.
  • Must have 1-2 years of prior experience in detail-oriented human-centered design approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience with strong visual design skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar compositing and vector tools.
  • Knowledge of Figma for collaboration with product designers and developers.
  • Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for dynamic motion design is a plus.
  • Skills in video editing and animation are an added advantage.
