We are seeking a motivated Education Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of international education systems, and the ability to provide guidance and support to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional exposure to departments involved in international student recruitment.
  • Handle student inquiries, providing professional guidance on admissions and visa processes.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students to build understanding and trust throughout the application cycle.
  • Adhere to company's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Regularly follow up with students, ensuring updates on every stage of the process.
  • Maintain documentation and record communications via emails and internal systems.
  • Educate students on compliance requirements and assist with document preparation.
  • Maintain office protocols, confidentiality, and decorum at all times.
  • Report progress and issues promptly to the Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, International Relations, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in academic advising, international education, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with global education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
