Job Description

As a seasoned graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful branding and visual communications that drive results. You will develop bold and eye-catching designs for various digital platforms, including social media and ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all creative assets—static and video—for our clients across digital platforms.
  • Understand and deliver on marketing objectives through smart, strategic, and visually appealing designs.
  • Lead a small team of creatives and guide them in delivering high-quality design assets.
  • Collaborate with writers and account managers to translate briefs into impactful designs.
  • Uphold design consistency, brand guidelines, and creative excellence across all client work.
  • Plan, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Own the design process end-to-end—from brainstorming to final rollout.

Requirements:

  • Background experience in the advertising industry, with expertise in digital advertising and campaign management.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and motion design is highly valued.
  • Team leadership experience, with a strong grasp of visual communication, layout, branding, and digital aesthetics.
  • Able to balance quality with speed and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience across industries like F&B, healthcare, fashion, tech, etc.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of branding and visual communication principles.
  • Excellent design skills, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven ability to lead a small team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
