Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

Job Description:

  • The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of trainees.
  • Coordinate with Training Providers to engage trainees and ensure induction training is conducted as per the company's standards.
  • Ensure refresh training is provided to trainees and Business Continuity Associates (BCAs) to maintain their competencies.
  • Compliance with statutory requirements, including attendance and training mandays, is a critical aspect of this role.
  • No Non-Conformities (NCs) should be observed in customer and other audits, ensuring a high level of quality in all aspects of training.
  • Develop and maintain a skill matrix with internal customers, capturing key details and updates.
  • Oversee the implementation of Training Quality Standards (TQS) and coordinate its maintenance.
  • Analyze headcount requirements and engage with trainees to address their needs.
  • Update the DOJO / Q academy with relevant information and best practices.
  • Promote career growth opportunities for trainees and manage their development.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the development of trainees.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in industrial training and development, flexi manpower management.
  • Strong understanding of hiring, training activities, customer audits, and other key processes.
  • Experience in handling high-volume hiring and training processes.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
