**Role Purpose**
The Associate Manager - L&OD will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously enhancing learning and leadership development initiatives to build organizational capability and drive a culture of continuous learning. The role involves assessing development needs, designing impactful learning solutions, and ensuring effective deployment to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career growth. This position requires a deep understanding of learning methodologies, program management, and stakeholder engagement to align learning strategies with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess training and development needs through job analysis, business consultation, performance reviews, and talent assessments to identify capability gaps and high-potential employees.
- Design and implement structured learning interventions, incorporating blended learning approaches such as instructor-led training, e-learning, coaching, action learning, and mentoring.
- Own and manage learning programs across different levels, including leadership development, functional capability building, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Lead and support talent management initiatives effectively.
- Engage with external learning partners and evaluate vendors to bring in the best-fit learning solutions while ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-impact delivery.
- Implement mentoring programs to accelerate career growth for key talent and support succession planning initiatives.
- Leverage technology to enhance accessibility, scalability, and personalization of learning experiences.
- Manage learning budgets effectively, ensuring ROI on all learning interventions and aligning investments with talent development priorities.
- Track key learning metrics, analyze program effectiveness, and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.Partner with business leaders and HR teams to embed learning into the organizational culture, ensuring alignment with workforce development and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or Talent Management, preferably within a technology-driven or multinational organization.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields from a reputed institution.
- Proven track record of designing and executing impactful learning programs that drive business and talent outcomes.Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital learning tools.
