Hybrid IT and Data Analyst

This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine IT support and data analysis, providing a unique blend of technical and analytical skills.

You will spend approximately 20–25% of your time delivering first-class IT support for hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

The remaining 75–80% of your time will be dedicated to supporting business operations, including commission reports, stock uploads, CRM cleanup, holiday calendar updates, and other global projects. Your ability to manage complex problems and data will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality IT support for computers, email, software, and network issues.
  • Upload SCI stock and inventory files to external platforms/websites.
  • Build and maintain commission reports for Finance.
  • Clean and update CRM data.
  • Manage company-wide updates.
  • Support ongoing IT and operations projects.
  • Use Excel and SQL or light scripting to improve workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Skilled in Excel and CRM systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Able to troubleshoot independently and explain reasoning clearly.
